We want you to love your hair color journey, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply.

Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
